Meet the Team

Our team comprises women with diverse academic backgrounds, including degrees in Business, Communications, and Marketing.

Despite our varied fields of study, we share a keen interest in leveraging our skills within creative industries. Despite our enthusiasm, we encountered challenges in networking with female professionals already established in these fields. The inception of the Women@DIOR program addressed this gap for us. Motivated by our experiences, we are fervently dedicated to broadening the reach of support for women facing similar constraints. Our goal is to extend opportunities to individuals who, like us, seek to connect with professionals in creative industries, seek guidance on career-related inquiries for aspiring professionals who may not yet have access to such programs.

Christina Suntovski is a creative consultant and designer based in Naarm (Melbourne). She has recently graduated from the Bachelors of Fashion Design (Honors) program at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), School of Fashion and Textiles.

Anna Xu is a multidisciplinary creative working in strategy, direction, graphic design, jewelry and photography, based in Eora (Sydney). She has recently graduated from a dual Bachelor in Visual Communication & International Studies from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS).

Our dynamic & immersive events are designed to embody the essence of self-revelation and cultivating singularity.

Through introspective activities, guided discussions, and interactive sessions, participants are encouraged to discover their unique strengths, passions, and career aspirations. Tailored to the unique needs of our target audience – women navigating the early stages of their careers – the event facilitates networking, mentorship, and collaboration.

At EmpowHER Education, we believe in embracing a holistic approach to professional development. That's why our workshop incorporates creative modes of learning, including movement, dance, and mindfulness exercises, reflecting our commitment to self-care and awareness principles.
